This Loose leaf tea is perfect for brewing in a pot or infuser. 1 level tablespoon makes approximately 2 excellent cups of tea.

The beauty is, like all good teas, you can use the leaves a second time round, simply add more boiling water to get a second ’round’ with new subtle flavours.
