For the most part, what we have on the website is what we have on our shelves. If you can’t find it on our online store there is every chance that we have sent it out to one of the fine Skate Stores in the UK and Europe that stock Lovenskate. We are restocking and making new product all the time so if you are after something in particular and can’t find it, please get in contact stu@lovenskate.com or call 02088088397.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We ship all orders with reliable courier companies and you will receive tracking info once the order is collected from our warehouse and entered into their system.
We strive to ship all orders placed before 3pm to arrive the next day. Any orders placed on Friday after 3pm or during the weekend are shipped Monday for a Tuesday delivery. If you are after a particular item for a certain date, i.e. a birthday, please get in contact and we will strive to get it shipped on time.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us. We offer a refund or exchange service but we cant refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
- Once a deck has been assembled, neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged
- All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion
- All Items are Screen printed by hand, by Lovenskate. This hands-on process leads to quirks and inconsistencies in the print, that is the nature of printing by hand, we hope you enjoy it.
